Actualy I think that part of the problem with out state govermerment is not just the fact that they can not handle money. It also involves the spending of state goverment funds letting our grand high potentate his royal highness Rod Blagojevich travel from Chicago to Springfield anytime he generaly desires wasteing the Illinois tax payers money like a glutenous child.
